Testimonials

“In the summer of 2016, I asked Barbara to speak at our September women’s event on prayer called, “Fanning the Flame”. She agreed not only to teach on prayer, but share with us her desire to equip and unite the Body of Christ for intercessory prayer. She “knocked it out of the park” not only with her own personal testimony, but the practical application of communing with God. There are two scriptures from Proverbs 31 that describe Barbara: When she speaks, her words are wise, and she gives instructions with kindness. (Proverbs 31: 26)  Charm is deceptive, and beauty does not last; but a woman who fears the Lord will be greatly praised. (Proverbs 31:30)

“Barb Hollace is an exceptional speaker, brimming with information to help writers. She is encouraging and her presentations are always interesting. Barb’s reputation as an editor is well documented, as she strives to help authors fulfill their potential.”

Faye Higbee

Past President, Idaho Coeur d’Alene League of Writers

Barb’s years of commitment to people who are homeless in Spokane and her many years of volunteering for Transitions were on display as she was the honored speaker at our annual People Who Care event in 2016.  Barb’s heart for marginalized persons and her knowledge of Transitions made her an excellent model to speak at this major fundraiser. She was able to encapsulate the issue and move people to become involved with her story and history.
