Faith, Hope and Healing, by Dr. Bernie Siegel
Inspiring Lessons from People Living with Cancer
Siegel shares the inspiring stories of people who have experienced cancer and found deeper faith, hope, joy, and healing through the process. My story, "A Snowy Quest", is among these stories. Siegel's insightful commentaries will encourage and help readers to develop an attitude and personality that survivors share, while also offering myriad ways to get through difficult times and discover the gifts that illness can bring into a person's life. In this book, Siegel reveals what these people's experiences tell us about our common strengths and humanity and how to live an authentic, fulfilling life. ($24.95)

SpokeWrite Journal - My Stories in the Fiction Category
SpokeWrite is the regional journal featuring writers, artists and photographers from the Eastern Washington and North Idaho area. The contributors range from professional, published authors to new unpublished students of their craft. Writing categories include non-fiction essay and life-story, fiction, poetry, opinion, book and movie review, club and group information as well as credit and biographical information about the contributors.
When selecting content from contributions for SpokeWrite, we do not have a predetermined theme so there is a wide variety of topics and ideas. The articles and stories range from the serious to the whimsical. The poetry includes haiku, contemporary, rhyme, and prose. Ages of the contributors range from 13-years-old to retirees that would rather not tell. These are the people that can literally be living next door.

A Cup of Comfort for Military Families ( Featuring my story --"Debt of Honor")
It has been said that military life is "not for the faint of heart." But neither is it without its benefits and blessings. One thing is certain: It is an experience like no other—for both the soldiers and their families. In this collection, readers will experience the pride that wives, husbands, mothers, fathers, siblings, and friends feel when a loved one chooses to put his or her needs aside for the benefit of the country.
Featuring stories from the current Iraq war as well as stories of servicemen and women who have long retired from the armed forces, this timely collection will span generations.
This book is sure to inspire every reader, whether a husband whose wife is defending freedom today, or a grandchild who wants to know why her grandfather is called "hero." ($9.95)
