All good writers have a Blog page, right? Well, I'm no exception. Please stay tuned to my new blog coming up!
In my "other life", I've been both an apartment manager and a tenant. For over a decade, my husband and I successfully managed a homeless shelter until its demolition and then an inner city apartment complex. Living on-site, my experience covers the full spectrum of life in the darkness and in the light.

As a writer, speaker and teacher, I have shared my experience and success with local community leaders as well as housing advocates and providers throughout Washington State.
Currently, I'm retired from the thrills and chills of hands-on property management, but am still holding true to my vision of educating others about creating positive apartment communities where people flourish and feel secure in their homes.
Please see my blog at http://blog.seattlepi.com/apartmentliving/ giving my perspective on apartment living; the ups, downs and sideways views of what it is truly like living and working in a multi-family housing world.
